The Villa :
An impressive driveway leads up from the service road and into the ample parking area. The front entrance which houses a guest cloakroom, opens out into a well furnished open plan living/dining room with large dining table and also comes complete with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels, however, includes sports channel, cartoon, movies and many more), DVD and Sony Play station 2. Patio doors lead out onto the front pool terrace and barbecue area and these have lovely views of the sea. The large well equipped kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and in the utility room there is a washing machine.
On this ground floor level is to be the first of the five air-conditioned bedrooms, a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. There is also a guest shower room with WC located on this level.
The Villa:
A rather grand staircase then leads up to the first floor and the remaining four bedrooms. These consist of two pretty twin bedrooms and a double bedroom each having patio doors with access to the upper balcony. These rooms share the large family bathroom. The master double bedroom has walk-in wardrobes, patio doors onto the upper terrace and a most attractive en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, WC and a whirlpool bath.
Outside the villa is a sheer delight with spacious, well furnished sun terraces that catch the sun all day through. There is a shaded area with large table for outside dining, plus a brick barbecue and table tennis table for your added enjoyment. The large 12 meter pool has Roman steps into a shallow end for children and pretty terrace gardens complete this lovely outside area.

The villas are situated on the west coast of Cyprus, 15km away from the city center of Pafos, 4km from the famous Coral Bay area and 1.5km from the traditional village of Pegeia and St George Bay. It is 60-800 meters away from the sea.
The beaches of Coral Bay and all amenities are just a five minute drive away. Sea Caves area is nearby for those who are looking for adventure while Mediterranean waters are just perfect for snorkeling and any other kind of water sports.
Set in a small residential area, amidst lush greenery, surrounded by banana plantations in the beautiful countryside of Pafos, close to the famous Coral Bay area (3.5km). Here one can enjoy its sandy beaches, shops, taverns, banks, etc. In the nearby traditional village of Pegeia (1.5 km) there are shops, taverns, banks, etc.
Golf:
Golf Information Tsada Golf Club is 20 minutes away from Pafos. (25 minutes from the Villas). 18 hole course on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is located 18 km east of Pafos (30 minute drive away from the villas). It lies in a scenic valley with grand trees adding to the new course’s maturity and the beautiful scalped natural rock formations offer panoramic views to the golfer. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6120 meters. Aphrodite Golf is also 30km away.
