The Villa Soleil is situated in 25min far away from the beaches where all the water sports are possible and at the beginning of 4 valleys: La vallée du Var, La vallée de la Vésubie, La vallée de l'Esteron and La vallée de la tinée. The possibilities of hiking, canyoning, skiing, rafting are infinite. For those who prefer the equitation or the golf it is also quite close. The activities of the town are also very close. Nice (carnaval), Monaco (grand prix), Cannes (Festival de Cannes), Menton lemon party). The climate is soft in winter with a wonderful light and an exceptional blue sky. The ideal place to amuse you and to take advantage to live outside.
