Parquet floors, exposed wooden beams, 2 balconies and typical Catalan Boveda painted high ceilings offer an ambiance of nobility with a modern touch. Ample, tasteful, comfortable, and peaceful. The flat is located in the Gothic Quarter’s epicenter and everything is a historically filled 300 meter walking distance away: Ramblas, Cathedral, Old Port, Plaza Catalunya, Picasso Museum and Borne Quarter. The Barceloneta beach is 10 minutes walking distance!. Yellow line Metro: Jaume 1, two minutes away.

Spent a long weekend at this apartment in October and was met by Sabrina who explained where everything was and how it all worked. Apartment was great and centrally located so nowhere was very far away. Area seemed to be safe and being in the old town was full of bars and restaurants nearby. Really liked Barcelona, nice and clean and friendly. Also helped that the temperatures were in the mid 20's!!!!Well done Flatsbydays.
