Renovated luxury studio apartment, in the heart of Kotor old city. Sleeps 2 on very comfortable king sized sofa bed in an open plan lounge, bedroom, kitchen area. Bright with beautiful mountain and old town views. Extremely well equipped with air conditioning/heating, 3 double glazed windows, flat screen satellite TV/DVD, clothes drier, halogen hob and kitchen utensils, fridge freezer,internet access (on request), table and chairs, etc. Quality bathroom with large shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board & iron. Very close to historic buildings, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, museums, waterfont and with short walks to mountain, fort (fantastic views) and local boca bay beaches. Short drive or bus rides to Adriatic coast and other beaches and historic towns and buildings (Budva, Cetinje, Tivat, Perast, etc ) with watersports and other facilities available. Path to old fort up mountain a few minutes away with great bay views of Kotor & Boca bay from top. Boat trips around scenic fjord and to island with beautiful church and sailing available. Dobrota beaches and waterfront restaurants less than 10 minutes walk. Perast old maritime town (museum, etc.) and boar trips to churches/museum on island, ~15km Tivat airport - 10 minutes taxi ride, Jaz sandy beaches ~28km (and also rock, Budva riviera - beaches, old walled city, attractions ~31km. Sveti Stefan ~35km - lots of dramatic coastal scenery, history, beaches etc. Cetinja - old capital, monastery, etc. 30km Lovcen national park 25km Dubrovnik old city ~87km

Notes: Quality apartment in great location with many facilities as noted above. The historic old town is improved (less noise & fumes( by being a car free zone, but pay car parks start from 150 metres away with free street parking from 250 metres distance - just a short walk away. It is on the second floor giving better views but no elevator so not suitable for wheelchairs or for the very frail.
