A radiant 70’s style villa right on the seashore of Attica with direct access to the beach(30m), ideal either for a family vacation or a sport/adventure oriented company of 6-7 people. This bright and breezy villa was designed by renowned Greek architect Demetrios Vlassis in 1970 and epitomizes cosmopolitan summer living with a touch of unique Greek style. The attractive element is light as it is diffused through specially designed windows in all the areas of the villa creating an amazing effect whether dusk, dawn or daytime. The property is a low-rise 167 m2 (1,800 sq ft) villa lying on a 1 acre (4,000 m2) of land filled with Mediterranean plantation and a beautiful garden of magnificent lawn in the front. The villa is fully renovated to a very high standard, comprising of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (all with ensuite bathrooms), fully equipped kitchen, guest wc and large living area. Furthermore the property benefits from direct access to the beach’s crystal clear water.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment method is through amount transfer to our account in Greece. To secure a booking a nonrefundable 30% deposit is payable immediately and the balance plus 300 Euro damage deposit is due 45 days before arrival. The 300 Euros damage deposit will be returned after departure, provided the villa is left in its original excellent condition. Contract is generated upon receipt of booking deposit. The rates apply for 6 nights and up to seven people(weekly rate means stay for 6 nights). There is a central heating surcharge of 50 Euros per week from November to April. There are no additional costs except the ones mentioned above.
  • Liability for accidents occuring to children or the renters, burden the renters.
