The DUKE home is an exclusive Mediterranean-style home with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, screened beautiful lanai and pool with a spacious area to relax and enjoy your vacation. Your Florida vacation rental is a private home: comfortable, affordable, and easy to reserve. You don't need to pay unnecessary travel agency fee, when a private rental costs so much less. Located in the Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida it takes approximately 20-30min Florida's most beautiful Beaches like Ft. Myers Beach, Bonita Beaches, Naples Vanderbilt Beach, Lover's Key and many more. Convenient located 15min from Ft. Myers International airport. Sanibel and Captiva are about 30 min away. There are also numbers of public 18-holes-golf courses in the area. We have snow birds.

The locals favour it simply because it still smacks of 'old Florida', and while it offers endless sport and recreational activities like the more frenetic destinations of the east coast, this beautiful resort town on the Gulf of Mexico remains affordable, relaxed, friendly and casual. Situated on Estero Island, facing the Gulf, the palm-shaded Fort Myers Beach has a wide white sandy shoreline sloping gently into the ocean, and locals claim it is the world's safest beach. The village area is clustered along a tree-lined pedestrian walkway at the north end of the beach, offering shops and restaurants. Nicht nur das Haus war für unseren Familienurlaub ideal, sondern auch der Kontakt und Service von unserem Ansprechpartner (Tanya) war wirklich Spitze. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer prompt eine freundliche und kompetente Auskunft. Wir haben das erste mal Urlaub in Florida gemacht, und fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit super aufgehoben. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man bei einem Familienurlaub so braucht, z.B. Pool, BBQ, schöne Terasse mit Blick auf den kleinen See, etc. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es eignet sich ausgezeichnet als Ausgangspunkt zu den verschiedensten Ausflugszielen in der Gegend oder einfach nur als Domizil zum Entspannen.
Zum täglichen Einkaufen fährt man ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten 'Publix'. Den besten Strand in der Gegend fanden wir in Vanderbilt (Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park). Die Fahrt von ca. 40 Min und der Eintritt von 6 Dollar lohnen sich auf jeden Fall. Danke Tanya.
