A few minutes down the road is the unspoilt Blue Flag beach at Playa de Casares or stay on the complex to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and landscaped gardens. A few hundred yards in the opposite direction is the magnificent Finca Cortesin golf resort, new home of the World Matchplay Championship. If golf is your passion, there are over 20 beautiful courses within 15 minutes by car. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, the Costa del Sol is perfect for a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Estepona and La Duquesa are a couple of minutes drive away with many bars, restaurants, marinas and great shopping. Don't forget to visit Sabinillas too, which is a traditional seaside village, just five minutes drive from the complex, with lovely cafes, restaurants and ice cream parlours, plus a fantastic blue flag beach for sun lovers and families. Within 30 minutes drive are Puerto Banus, where you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous, and Marbella with its beautiful old town and fantastic beach. 30 minutes in the other direction is Gibraltar with its tax free port and shops, super a fast ferry to N. Africa and its famous Barbary apes scampering over the rock. A 10 minute drive inland will take you to the historic white hillside village of Casares with its Picture postcard views.

    Changeover date is normally Saturday but other days may be possible; please contact us for more details. Arrival time on site is from 3.00pm. For late arrivals, please discuss arrangements for keys with us prior to travelling. Our management company will check for flight delays but it is your responsibility to inform them of your ETA. These contact details will be provided to you on confirmation of the booking. You must vacate the apartment by10.30am on the date of departure. Departure time can be extended at extra cost but must be pre-arranged.
  • Payment:
    A £150 security deposit for each week of booking is required. We enter into a contract with you when we issue written confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure date. Non-receipt of the full charge by the due date may be treated by us as a cancellation of the booking and you will lose your deposit. Provided the cancellation is received not less than six weeks before the start date of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations after this, you will be liable to pay the total cost of the holiday. For last minute bookings, the full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or electronic transfer. An additional security deposit of £150 is required with the remaining balance payment. This additional deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection on your departure). Booking forms are sent once a booking has been made.
  • Pricing:
    The number of people occupying your accommodation must not exceed 4, unless agreed at the time of booking. Prices are based on 4 people. Any addition people must be agreed at the time of booking and extra may be charged. Full details of each occupant must be entered onto the booking form. If you have any additional requirements (eg cots, high chairs, welcome pack, car hire, etc), please contact the owner.

Directions:: The apartment can be reached in approximately 50 minutes drive-time from Malaga international airport (serviced by most budget airlines) or in approximately 30 minutes drive-time from Gibraltar airport (Monarch, Easyjet and British Airways). Car hire can be arranged at either airport. The whole coastal area is served by an extensive network of motorway quality roads allowing quick easy travel. The N340/A7 is the major route servicing the coast but faster motorway toll routes are also available.

Golf:: Estepona golf, Duquesa, Dona Julia, La Finca and Casares Golf Gardens are with five minutes drive. Sotogrande Reserva, San Roque and Valderrama and dozens more are within 15 minutes. The challenging new course of Finca Cortesin which hosts the 2009 World Matchplay Championship at the end of October is a 2 minute drive or an 800mtr walk from the apartment. For less experienced golfers, the Dona Julia golf club is just over the road.

I recommend it to everyone! The apartment is great; fully equipped, very spacious and the decor was very nice.
The urbanization is beautiful, with many gardens and paths that look like a park and have some very beautiful views: the sea behind the mountains on one side and the large swimming pool illuminated at night much ... relax!
Its convenient location is near Puerta de la Duquesa, where dinner was great! And five minutes to get to some beautiful coves and crystal clear turquoise water called "Punta de Chullera" where my children enjoyed it very much!. The apartment is only 25 minutes to both Puerto Banus and Gibraltar.
We hope to return another year and if you read this that I really recommend it .....

!Os lo recomendamos a todos! El apartamento está genial, todo nuevo y muy cuidado. la decoración era muy agradable y el salon muy espacioso.!Y totalmente equipado!
La urbanización es preciosa, con muchos jardines y caminitos que parecen un parque y tienes unas vistas muy bonitas: el mar de fondo, las montañas a un lado y la piscina grande iluminada por la noche relaja mucho...!que además no tiene horarios! y siempre hay un gran silencio.
Está muy bien ubicado, junto al puerto de la duquesa de ambiente tranquilo y donde por cierto.. se cena genial! y a cinco minutos llegas a unas calitas preciosas de aguas turquesas y cristalinas llamada "Punta de Chulleras" !donde mis hijos disfrutaron mucho!. por no decir que ha 25 minutos estas tanto el Puerto Banus como en Gibraltar.
!En fin! Esperamos volver otro año y si leeis esto de verdad que os lo recomendamos.....
