Casa Sandhams is a newly built Spanish home. The property is located just a 5 minute drive to the Ardales Lakes and 10 minutes to the El Chorro natural park. The property offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate shower room, fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area. T.V. and satellite viewing. To the rear of the house is the patio, which has an outside dining area and sunbathing area. To the front of the property is a small garden area and enclosed parking facilities. Casa Sandhams is extremely comfortable, spacious and suitable for all seasons as it is fully air conditioned. The house offers lovely views of the mountains and countryside.

The tapas bars and restaurants offer good quality dining at very reasonable prices. The property not only overlooks the beautiful whitewashed town of Ardales and its castle ruins but also the many mountains with their rows of olive trees. Ardales is located just 5 minutes drive to the three large clear water lakes, excellent for swimming, pedal boating and fishing, as well as biking, walking, abseiling etc There is a bus stop within walking distance with regular services into Malaga, Alora & local villages. There are a number of beaches a short car journey from the village. Ardales can offer an diverse holiday, offering a sleepy quiet break to those who just need to recharge or an action packed adventure holiday for those who wish to take up the various different activities Ardales has on offer.
