Photos and Description of this Sete holiday villa 3 BEDROOM VILLA TO SLEEP 7 IN SETE SOUTH OF FRANCE

This property is a new 3 bedroom villa located 250m from the beach close to shops and restaurants and 20 minute walk from town of Sete, 5 minutes by car/bus. The property is within a security gated complex of 18 private units with heated 25m pool and has private parking. It consists of 1 main bathroom with bath and shower, 2 WCs, 1 large open plan living room,1 dining room, and separate kitchen. Outside is a front and back railed in garden with terraces . Bedroom 1 has a large kingsize bed with fitted w/robes, bedside lockers and reading lights. Bedroom 2 is same as bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds that suit adults or children. The large open plan living room with high ceilings has 2 couches one which can be used as a large double bed, widescreen TV with sky TV and French TV, DVD, CD player etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside - table and 6 chairs with large parasol, 2 sunbeds, deckchairs, and barbecue. The house is fully equipped for a hassle free holiday.
