This first floor spacious 1 bedroom apartment has the benefit of an open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining room and separate lounge which incorporates 2 lounge settees (1 is a bed settee) and a 40 inch flat screen TV with English channels and a DVD/CD player. The lounge leads onto a spacious patio equipped with all furniture and a gas barbecue. The bedroom has 2 single beds, a built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the natural beach and has the benefit of a rooftop swimming pool with sun beds and superb views. The apartment is serviced by a panoramic lift.

Palm Mar is approx 10 mins drive to the main tourist resorts of Los Christianos and Las Americas and is 15 mins from the airport. It is situated between the Guaza mountain and the National Reserve of Malpais de la Rasca. It enjoys its own micro climate with hardly any wind and long sunshine hours. The Reserve is home to many indigenous Canarian species and is widely used for walking and hiking. Nearby many other activities are available, golf, fishing, water sports, horse riding, snorkelling and diving. Palm mar itself is well served with numerous restaurants serving Indian, Spanish, Chinese, Italian and International cuisine and local bars serving Tapas. There are 4 supermarkets and a Santander bank, together with other local shops which make for a complete holiday. The urbanisation of Palm Mar is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday whether just walking along the seafront promenade or relaxing in the sun on the natural beach, but close enough to the busier resorts.
