This pretty Portuguese style townhouse is on two levels. The upper level contains the kitchen and a large lounge with a dining area,where the table seats four in comfort. This room opens onto the balcony from which,while enjoying an aperitif,you can enjoy the fantastic views of the bay,beach,cliffs and Lagos. On the lower level there are two bedrooms,one large double leading onto a terrace,which is framed with a cascading pink bougainvillea,plus one other twin bedded room,these are served by one bathroom. One minute from the house you will find a pool complex with two pools,one of which is suitable for children and poolside cafe/bar where you can enjoy a drink or a snack. The beach is a two minute walk away from the house.

Palmares, which is just 1 mile from the townhouse is a beautiful course which perfectly blends beach and mountain scenery.The clubhouse is set between holes nine and ten and provides a fantastic panorama of 25km of Atlantic coastline! Boa Vista, Penina and Parque da Floresta are within 15 minutes of the property and the Vilamoura courses are an approx 30 min.
