Set on 2 floors: with balcony, dining room with seating for up to 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished lounge with TV and DVD player, bedroom 1 with king size bed and small balcony, separate shower room with WC, spiral staircase leading to upper floor with 2 further bedrooms each with a double bed and bathroom with good quality shower attachment. The apartment is situated on the 5th and 6th floor with access via a lift to the 5th floor or stairs. Air conditioning to lounge and all bedrooms. Please note this apartment has spiral stairs and is not suitable for small children under the age of 10. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool which is well maintained during the summer season. Covered car parking space provided on the ground floor.

Nearest Airport: Larnaca Airport at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
Ideally situated within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, town and promenade. Within 5/7 minutes walk there are some lovely sandy beaches with safe bathing. Larnaca town with its beach and promenade is within 10 minutes walk. There is a local diving centre nearby and boat and fishing trips are available from the Marina situated at the end of the promenade. The famous St. Lazaros Church and the Old Fort is only 6/7 minutes walk. Larnaca Archaeological Museum and the Pierides Museum are situated in the town. For the more adventurous Mazatos Camel Park and the Go Kart circuit is a short drive away as is Hala Sultan Tekke Mosque and Stavrovouni Monastery. The nearby Salt Lake is a favourite stop over for thousands of migrating flamingo's in the winter. Larnaca is very centrally situated within easy access to all routes with Nicosia the capital only 30 minutes drive away, the Troodos mountains and Mount Olympus are about 50 minutes drive.
