The villa downstairs is spacious and tastefully furnished with seating for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen area and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms each with a king size bed and a balcony with a view to the sea. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath/shower. Outside there is a Gas BBQ and seating for 6 people for outside dining. The villa also has sunbeds. The property also offers free secure wi-fi access and a 32' flat screen TV.

Anthea is situated at Cavo Greko, a quiet part of the Protaras area, yet only 5 minutes by car to the centre of Protaras and 10 minutes to Ayia Napa. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away and a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the beautiful Konnos Bay. If it is just the sea you want, then it is right on your doorstep and you can walk miles of coastline and find a number of places to swim from. This is an ideal location for walkers and nature lovers as it is close to the Cape Greko National Forest Park. A local bus service runs along the coast from Ayia Napa to Paralimni. The Grecian Park Hotel which is so popular for weddings and special occasions is in this area; why not go and enjoy a wonderful view of Konnos to Cape Greco from their Cliff Bar?

A Fantastic Villa

This is a great villa in a quiet and secure location. The furnishings and finishes are excellent. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area open on to the patio and pool area, which is ideal for a group or family holiday. All three bedrooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The villa was clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need in a holiday home. The location was perfect for our needs. There is a very small beach within walking distance, however a 5 minute drive gets you to Protaras which is renowned for one of the best beaches in Cyprus and where you will find a good selection of restaurants and bars.
We had a great holiday and I would certainly recommend this villa.

Thoroughly recommend this immaculate well equipped and well situated villa. We spent 10 relaxing days in August with lots of plans to explore but didnt do much as we just kept dipping in and out of the pool. There is however plenty to see and do without going too far. Fabulous beaches
and watersports closeby and Protaras a great place to eat out of an evening. We would definately visit again.

A Haven of Peace

Just a few miles from Aya Nappa and Fig Tree Bay, where there is plenty of activity, this villa is in a gated residential area with views over the sea. WIth the hot and sunny climate, the pool is a god-send and the air conditioning a comfort. Local amenities are there, but the local supermarket is expensive. A short drive away is a hypermarket with just about everything you need. Local bars are friendly and of course English is almost the first language. If you like beach and sun, but peace and quiet, you'll enjoy this. Hire a car and visit Nicosia. It's worth it. Trips to the mountain areas are more of a challenge with narrow winding roads. Eating out at night seems to be the most important part of the day. Try a metza. Surprisingly good.

Tranquility, but only 2 miles from nightlife

Best of both worlds here - picturesque, peaceful and private pool - round the corner sea, sun and sand. What more could you want! We'll be back.

We had a great time at Anthea Villa; it is like home from home, but so much more luxurious and with our own pool as well. We regularly had a quick dip in the pool before breakfast. We particulary enjoyed the walk to the beach and our snack lunches at the bar overlooking the bay, with its outside tables and chairs shaded by the trees. A lovely view and so relaxing. The sea was the clearest I have ever seen and my husband enjoyed just lying on his back and floating. It's years since I have swum in such warm water and of course the weather was fantastic. One day we continued our walk along the clifftops to the tiny chapel and nearby cave.
Thank you so much for making our holiday so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back!
