New two bedroom, luxury, duplex apartment on the lake, located in a sunny position, quite close to the centre of Lenno and on the border of Mezzegra, just 5 km from Menaggio. A good central base for exploring pretty villages along the lake, historic villas and botanical gardens. Two bedrooms (master bedroom with lake views), two bathrooms, kitchen which enjoys an enclosed private inner courtyard as well as an enclosed shared terrace with Primapart 1C and 1B. There is a large living / dining room with double sofa bed and has direct access to the waters edge via a set of stone steps which leads down to a boat slipway. Apartment comes with free garage parking space. Take advantage of staying in Lenno and visiting the magnificent Villa del Balbianello, a film location for Casino Royale, the newest James Bond film. It was also used as a location in Star Wars Episode II in 2000.

Lenno is the oldest village on Lake Como and gets its name from the Greek Island of Lemnos, where the first inhabitants came from to populate this area. It is only a 15 min. drive from the city of Como with its classy shops, boutiques and the famous street market, or a short trip in the hydrofoil, which stops regularly in the harbour of Lenno. A short 5 min. walk from the apartment will take you to the lake promenade with its bars, restaurants, the famous Lido di Lenno offering a made made sandy beach, a shingle beach plus a bar, disco and restaurant. You can also catch the passenger ferry to lakeside towns all over the lake, hire motor boats for the day from the bay of Lenno or catch the water taxi to Villa Balbianello (an alternative to walking to the famous Villa). To the back of the village, various foot paths will bring you past olive groves, a famous monastery and a pilgrims path into the mountains, with some stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

    Our one & two weekly Service Charges of EU 70 & EU 90 are inclusive of bed linen & towels, gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & Beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.

    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • Additional Facilities
    We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office ‘Happy Holiday Homes’ in Menaggio: Cot Hire - EU 20 per week, High Chair - EU 15 per week, Push Chair - EU 25 per week, Camp Bed – EU 85 per week, Internet Access - EU 15 per week.
    Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfers
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
