Photos and Description of this Ca's Concos holiday villa Enjoy the combination of comfort and the delicate charm of the countryside

This very new and charming country house with private swimming pool is built in rustic style on a land of 15,000 m2 and is therefore a real oasis of peace and calm. As far as the eye can see, the rural landscape stretches out so this is the ideal place to get away from it all. The house consists in a spacious living room with dining area, which is equipped with TV, SAT and DVD. The kitchen is also fully equipped and pleasant to use. All living space is located on the ground floor, so there are also 3 bedrooms of which 2 each consist in 2 single beds, the 3rd bedroom has a large double bed with ensuite bathroom. There is also another bathroom equally equipped with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror and connected to the living room there´s an other toilet, ideal for visitors.

Very peaceful location in the neighbourhood of the typical village of Cas Concos where there is about 5 good restaurants and some bars. There´s also 2 small supermarkets to get all products of daily use. The natural reserve of Cala Mondrago with its 2 beautiful beaches is within 10 minutes of reach by car and is also reachable by bicycle trough the many little land roads.
