Located in a peaceful residential area, just a 15-20 minute walk, or few minutes drive, to the centre of Playa Blanca and the beautiful Dorada Beach. A five minute drive will also take you to the fabulous new Marina and also the infamous Papagayo beaches. The villa has a large private pool to the rear surrounded by a terrace, Al fresco dining area and garden. The property has 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 double and 1 single - a further z bed can be arranged for a 6th person if required). Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms, separate dining room, kitchen and covered solana area with washing machine. Satellite TV, a play station and x box are also provided for your entertainment.

Notes: Our villa is perfectly located for those looking for a relaxing holiday away from the noise, hustle and bustle of a resort centre but close enough to benefit from the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches just a 15-20 minute walk away. The large garden/terrace area is gated and enclosed, so secure for children. The villa is equipped and maintained to a high standard, and an x box and play station complete with games are provided for your entertainment. Should you require an extra bed for a 6th person this can be arranged. Also, a travel cot can be provided free of charge if required. All linen and towels are also provided.

Very well kept house, everything worked as promised. Peaceful location a short distance from the city (taxi 3eur to Playa Blanca shopping area). Optimal direction of the garden in relation to the sun. Things to do for the children in the evenings when the sun has set e.g. PS2 and books. House indeed sleeps 5 very comfortably but the dining table is only for 4 (as well as the # of chairs outside). This is clearly visible from the pictures but bear in mind that there're no other chairs in the house to e.g. add to the ends of the table. Should take another set of towels with you for the pool since the house only provides one set. We missed a simple "House ABC booklet" about e.g. satellite TV and garbage canisters. We would warmly recommend this house for families with small children (we had 3 under 10 year old).
