It stands over 56sqm and has 3 rooms arranged as 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, a 2nd twin / single bedroom as well as a spacious open plan living area, bathroom and a separate WC. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with top quality bespoke pine furniture, contemporary leather furniture and high-tech audio-visual equipment, including satellite and X-Box 360. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Iron/ ironing board and hairdryer provided. Chamonix is the hub of this world famous ski and alpine area, situated in the north west of the Alps 15km from both the Italian and Swiss borders. Mont Blanc (4808m)and its chain of peaks dominate the valley. Chamonix is probably best known as the skiing and alpine capital of the world. As a destination it has a reputation for the extreme and this, whilst undoubtedly true, can mask a wide array of other sporting and leisure activities that can be enjoyed here. A mecca for mountaineers, you can also walk the hundreds of miles of beautiful footpaths, try mountain biking, paragliding, play golf or just enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful place. Chamonix town has a cosmopolitan feel and a vast selection of restaurants and shops. The town is at the foot of Mont-Blanc and following introduction of skiing in the early 20th century Chamonix hosted the first winter Olympic Games in 1924.

    A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking (VISA payments accepted via Paypal though there is a 3% surcharge) with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday date. We require credit card approval for the damage waiver bond on arrival, which will not be used, providing nothing is broken or lost and that no special cleaning is required.
    Minimum stay 4 nights (7 nights in peak weeks)
    Prices are for self-catered accommodation
    Nightly rates apply to non-Saturday to Saturday bookings (1/6 of weekly rate per day)
    Dates shown indicate date of arrival (after 4pm), departure before 10am
    Arrivals after 8pm incur a €35 surcharge, after midnight €50
    Fee of 3% applicable to all card payments
    30% deposit taken with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival, unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival in which case the full balance is payable

For skiing, the apartment is 2 minutes walk from the drag lift at Club-Med, which gives direct access to the Brevent telecabine without the need for a car.
