Torrevieja is located between Alicante and Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca. It has plenty of activities for families such as the Water Park or Beach. Average daily Temperatures of 22c and over 8 hours of sunshine daily, makes it the most pleasant climate in the world. The area is ideal for winter breaks and has over 340 days of sunshine each year. The Salt Lakes of Torrevieja are the main reason for this remarkable, dry, micro-healthy climate, which is very beneficial for those who suffer from rheumatism, arthritis and asthma. Blue flag beaches and 8 championship golf courses, the Costa Blanca offers endless opportunities for a great holiday. Cities of Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south are each within one hour drive for sight seeing, shopping and great nightlife. For the more adventurous the Sierra Nevada mountains are four hours drive or the beautiful Jalon Valley which is only one hour away.

  • Rental rates can be paid in Sterling or Euros. 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of €150 is required and will be refunded within 14 days of your return subject to the return of keys and no damage to the property or excess cleaning.
    An Additional €70 for departure cleaning is payable to keyholder on arrival.
  • Airport transfers can be arranged from Alicante and Murcia airports, additional charge for this service payable to driver
  • An extra charge of €20 per week is payable for use of air conditioning.

Local Area: There are many amenities in the local area. A short walk away are local shops, bars and restaurants and a mini-market. The bigger supermarkets can be reached with 3 minutes drive. A local bus route goes to Torrevieja town and to some beaches. To travel further afield, a car is recommended. This villa is approx 15 minutes drive from Murcia Airport and approx 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, from where cars can be hired.

Out and About: Whether you just want to laze in the sun and relax or explore the local area, there are lots of things to do in the Torrevieja area including Go Karting, 2 Waterparks, Nature Reserve, Museums, Safari Park, Boat Trips, Theme Park, 3 Golf Courses, Cinema and Bowling. The Ozone Leisure Complex has water parks and plenty of facilities for children. The Aquapolis in Torrevieja is one of the largest waterparks in Southern Spain. There are also many bars, shops and restaurants along the beautiful beach front, not forgeting that there is a market on in the area every day of the week - not to be missed!

Beaches: There are numerous white sandy beaches along the Costa Blanca and all are blue flag to meet EU standards, most have sunloungers for hire and also have restaurants, jet skis and all the usual water sports. It is common for people to sunbath right up until December because of the very hot micro-climate in this area. While towels are supplied we recommend that you bring your own beach towels.
