In Oldsmar, located near Tampa, Dunedin, Palm Harbour, Clearwater and St Petersburg.This ideal location is minutes from the Bay and just 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The waters of Tampa Bay, the Gulf and Lake Tarpon combine to make these an area of unparalleled recreational and leisure time activities. This second floor recently renovated condo is located in the premier community of East Lake Woodlands Country Club. This is a large gated community encompassing both condominiums and single family homes with lakes, walking / jogging paths, tennis, swimming pools and two PGA Golf Courses and more. This condo is very nicely furnished and equipped. This is an ideal condo for long or short term vacation. Less than 30 minutes to Busch Gardens & Adventure Island, 90 minutes to Orlando Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes Clearwater Beach, 20 minutes to International, Citrus.

We have just returned from Florida, and spent our last week at this condo.
We were very impressed, it was very comfortable, and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We stayed in this cono early October. Found it very clean and homley with everything you could posibly need for a s/c holiday.It is very close to shops bars and easy access to the beautifull beaches alco Bush gardens theme park.We will definitely stay again and recomend it to all our friends.Wendy was very pleasant to deal with and made our holiday very special.

A Lovely Holiday Condo

I visited this condo early September 2009 and it was very clean, well furnished and fully equipped with all you need for self catering. There was a lovely clean pool to use where everyone was very friendly and the surrounding area was very nice to walk around. There are many shops and restaurants just a short drive away and also a few close by that were within walking distance. There were also many shopping malls within the surrounding area which had a wide variety of shops. The condo is in an ideal location with Tampa airport only being 20 minutes away and the lovely beach at Clearwater also 20 minutes away. I would throroughly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again as I really enjoyed holdidaying in this area of Florida. I found the owners very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
