This superb detached private villa is brand new to the rental market and fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy your perfect holiday on the sunny island of Lanzarote!! The villa is located in a peaceful area of Playa Blanca but is close to bars,restaurants and less than 15 mins walk from the famous Papagayo beaches! The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with air con in summer, 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 family bathroom.The open plan lounge has leather sofas and Sky TV and a lovely big dining room table and chairs with a separate fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge through large patio doors is the top terrace which has a lovely hardwood table and chairs plus sun loungers and from here you can enjoy the fabulous sea views, 2 steps lead down to the pool terrace complete with more loungers with comfy cushions and the fully heated swimming pool. Finally there is the gorgeous hammock to unwind in and enjoy the peace and quiet in the pretty garden!!!!

The villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Coloradas in the sunny south of Lanzarote, it is surrounded by many residential complexes alongside 4 & 5 star hotels, you are welcome to stroll around the hotels & in some you may use the bars, restaurants & facilities.Just 5 mins walk away there is a gym and fabulous 5* spa, a couple of great restaurants,a supermarket,a terrace bar with delicious home-made ice creams, a sports bar,a kiddies play park. Approx 15 min walk away you can explore the fantastic natural white beach coves of Payagayo, they are great for snorkelling & are known to be the finest in the Canaries, or you can try the Playa Dorada beach which is about 2min drive away & here you will find a lovely bay with sun beds,umbrellas,restaurants,shops & watersports for the more energetic. A 25 min stroll along the seafront promenade takes you to the new Marina, here there are many restaurants & shops all on the waterfront & activities such as sailing & diving!

    Clean linen and towels are provided each week with a villa clean plus a midweek towel change.
    24/7 call out in case of emergencies!!
