Photos and Description of this Cannes holiday apartment Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment forming one of Les Residences du Grand Hotel

The apartment was fully renovated in the Spring 2008 and is fully equipped to ensure maximum convenience to the busy modern traveller. It is west facing and exceptionally light and airy, with the kitchen, the sitting room and one of the bedrooms all having doors onto the balcony. It has electric shutters that ensure complete darkness for sleep. It has air con, wifi and flat screen TV. There is a very comfortable BO Concept sofa bed in the sitting room so the apartment can sleep 6. The balcony is 22 sq m and includes 2 sun loungers and a dining table to seat 6 which is rare in central Cannes. It is located very centrally with many lovely restaurants to hand and the Croisette is a 1 minute stroll through the beautiful gardens of the Grand Hotel.

Overlooking the Rue Victor Cousin, the apartment is located in a very central part of town, approximately 4 minutes walk to the Palais des Festivals, a 1 minute walk to the Croisette through the gardens of the Grand Hotel and a 1 minute walk to the fashionable shopping street the Rue d'Antibes. It is a nice wide street and the apartment has a large 22 sq m balcony which enjoys full sun in the afternoon, perfect for off beach sunbathing.

La Croisette: La Croisette is a very cosmopolitan and chic stretch of the French coastline. It is wonderful to roller skate along it, take an early morning run or even a gentle stroll. There are many many luxurious beaches with fine dining restaurants from which to choose, as well as public beaches at either end. It is a very special place and really does have something to offer everyone. There are playgrounds and carousels for younger children and a train ride that takes tours around the town. Every age group will enjoy Cannes.
