Pretty manor close to the Mayenne river in a 2 Ha property with a tennis court. The house is located between Chateau Gontier (3,5 Km) and Menil (3Km). Alongside the river, you can walk or ride on the towpath. Menil is a very beautiful 16TH century village, with an island, and where you can rent canoes or cross the river with a traditional trough. Chateau Gontier is a very beautiful town with Middle Ages houses, and where you can visit the famous Ursuline.
