The free-standing stone cottage has a total area of 30 m². In the house is a bathroom, a bedroom for two people, a breakfast kitchen, TV, air condition, terrace, outdoor shower and a garden. The cottage is on the finca of the owner with a direct entrance. Here are friendly dogs, cats and chickens. You have a great view to Sóller. After 15 minutes walking you come the the centre of the city, in 10 minutes to the supermarket.

Wer einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen moechte, ist in diesem gepflegten Haeuschen gut aufgehoben. Die schoene und praktische Einrichtung sowie die tolle und geruhsame Lage inmitten von Orangenbaeumen tragen zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei. Die Fahrt zum Strand nach Soller betraegt nur ca. 10 Minuten und auch zum Zentrum benoetigt man fusslaeufig nicht mehr als 15 Minuten.
Wen auch die fuer eine Finca typischen Katzen beim Essen auf der Terasse mit Ihren hungrigen Blicken nicht stoeren, der kann hier nichts falsch machen.
Owner's Response: Das Wichtigste für meinen Mann und mich: Unsere Gäste sollen sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Immer wieder gelingt es und wir freuen uns über Kommentare wie diesen.

Perfekt für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub

Eine Ferienwohnung, die hält, was das Exposé verspricht: traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Berge, Orangenbäume und auf Soller, eine Terrasse und ein kleiner Garten, eine durchdacht und perfekt eingerichtete Küche... man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl! (Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Garten aus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos!) Dazu kommen sehr nette Vermieter, die bei Fragen stets erreichbar sind, ein Hund und viele Katzen, die gerne vorbei schauen. Ach ja: wenn man doch in die Stadt muss, ist man nach 15 Minuten zu Fuß da. Interessant für Wanderer: Viele Wanderwege gehen fast vor der Haustür ab, u.a. auch der GR 221. Wir haben die zwei Wochen in Soller in vollen Zügen genossen!
Owner's Response: Wir Vermieter freuen uns immer wieder, sehr nette Gäste kennenzulernen. Deshalb lautet bei uns das Motto: Es soll so ein bisschen wie Zuhause sein, an nichts fehlen und das Wohlbefinden an erster Stelle stehen. Die Urlauber sollen ungestört ihren Aufenthalt geniessen und bei Fragen jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner finden können.
Eine gute Zeit.
