Our apartment is 10 minutes away from Disney World including Epcot, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Animal Kingdom and the not be missed Wet and Wild. It is 3 miles south of the 192 down Old Lake Wilson Rd and 1 mile from exit 58 on the Interstate Highway 4 (which also takes you to both Orlando and Sandford airports) . The superb golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate are on your doorstep. Downtown Kissimmee and the 192 Highway offer a magnificent choice of restaurants, bars, crazy golf, premium outlet stores, entertainment, balloon rides and even helicopter rides. In fact you name it and you can do it in Florida.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Normal rental prices are 300 pounds per week excluding the Christmas and Easter holidays. These are 350 pounds per week. Cleaning and laundry charge 33 pounds.
    100 pounds deposit is payable to secure your booking.
    Full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the date of your first occupancy.
    A refundable security deposit of 100 pounds per booking is payable with the balance which will be held against damage or loss that goes beyond normal wear and tear. This will be refunded in full after your return and after confirmation from our management company, less any deductions to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
    Cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed as a percentage of the total amount due dependant on the time you cancel: Notice given 30 - 60 days = 50% of total charge; 29 - 0 days = 100% of total charge.

'One small step for man but one giant leap for mankind' - visit the AWESOME KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE . You will be inspired - this is the Spirit of Mankind up front. The wilder Atlantic Coast (surfers beware!) is one hour away and in the other direction you will find the calmer Gulf Coast and Tampa and Busch Gardens ( major theme park - hairier rides than Disney) . Go south towards Miami and you will be in 'swamp land' and alligator territory where you can take airboat rides to see these creatures up close. St. Augustine,north of Daytona Beach, is the oldest town in America and well worth a vist for the historically minded. For the more adventurous there are many gun and rifle clubs - check the internet (take your passport).
