The privacy is absolutely guaranteed.The house has been totally re-furnished with a new style following the modern trend of the young owners who are fascinated by the good new designers: from the furniture to the last detail - everything comes from the well known European designers.   • Casa Vittoria Rental Rules:
    All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid service once a week.
    Price includes final cleaning, parking, linen and towels, gas and electricity (first 100 KW included in rental price, more of 100 if needed the cost of each KW is euro 0.35 per KW, to be paid at check out).
    Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.
    To book the 25% has to be in advance by Bank transfer or credit card, the rest 75% cash in euro at arrival.
    Security deposit: Euro 500,00 (paid locally by cash) at the time of arrival.
    The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.
    Upon arrival at the Villa the property owner will ask you to present a copy of your passport.

A beautiful villa but.....

Open plan, very generous space, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Balcony is the feature here, the camera doesn't lie in these photos, view over to Capri and to watch sunset is stunning.
A few things to note....very small kitchen, limited possibilities for cooking in and enjoying a meal on the super balcony, eg no grill/oven
Very limited number of towels, 1 bath towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom. No hand towels provided!!! Washing machine out of order and not fixed during stay as promised - a bit inconvenient when one had planned to recycle clothes during holiday!
Must have car as Sorrento is a little further than walking distance. But great location to be outside the main town.
Overall a beautiful property with only minor flaws.
Owner's Response: During the Bank Holiday week of 15-22 august in Italy is impossible to resolve any kind of tecnical issue.
We provide at least 2 towels per person per week.
We stay at guest disposal during the week for any issue, just call and ask, we'll do all we can to resolve it.
