Our recently decorated condominium is perfectly situated in a residential area with cooling breezes and distant sea views. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the south coast with its beautiful beaches and the popular St Lawrence Gap with its bars, restaurants and night life. Easy access to popular island locations and the capital Bridgetown with its Duty Free shopping. It comprises two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and showers, an open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar/bar stools and an enclosed laundry area with washer and dryer. The bedrooms and the living/dining area are cooled by both air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The living and dining areas open out onto a spacious wrap around balcony suitable for outside dining, entertaining or relaxing in the hammock. Outside is a good sized swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area, pool side furniture and ample space for entertaining. There is reserved parking for two vehicles.

A pleasant residential neighborhood with convenient access to the south coast - less than 5 minutes by car. On the south coast you will find a selection of lovely sandy beaches (Rockley, Dover, Maxwell and Worthing) and St Lawrence Gap with its night spots and range of restaurants. There is also a supermarket, petrol station and bank close by and the capital of Bridgetown is only a short drive away. Access to the Errol Barrow Highway is close by for transit to the Grantley Adams International Airport and many other locations on the island.

Notes: Please note that the covered wrap-around balcony adds another 190 sq ft making a total property floor area of 1490 sq ft. Telephone is included for local calls. Lounge has a 27' TV fed by a STARCOMM satellite system. There are two breakfast bar stools in addition to the four dining area chairs. There is a full set of crockery and cutlery. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony. The large fridge freezer has an ice maker and chilled water dispenser which is fed through a water filter - although the island water is safe to drink from the tap. The hot water is heated by a solar collector on the roof but an over-ride electric water heater is available if required. Close to local supermarkets and garage.
