The apartment is located in a mild southern region, and it has a wonderful view upon the lake, up to the Pus valley landscape. The apartment has a living/ bedroom with double coach, a bedroom with 2 beds, shower and WC, a completely equipped kitchen, a 20 m² large private terrace with garden furniture, relaxing decks and a wonderful view upon the lake.

The apartment is located between the western part of the Neusiedlersee and the mountains Leitha, in a natural park. You can reach the center of the community, with its various shopping facilities in only 5 minutes. You can get to the open-air swimming pool, tennis ground and to the north walking park in 10 minutes. You have direct access to the hiking paths (even to the central Alpine hiking path 902). To the lake bathing shore Breitenbrunn there are 10 km. This is an ideal starting point for trips to Vienna, which is located 45 km away. To Bratislava, there are 50 km, to Sopron-Westungarn 30 km, to the eastern Alps with the mountain Schneeberg (2000 m) and Semmering 50 km. The hot springs are 30 - 60 km away.

Golf course: The 18 holes golf course is suitable both for professionals, and for beginners, and it is located at the margins of Neusiedlersee. They also offer golf lessons for beginners. There is also a driving ranch, training grounds, golf restaurants and terrace with lake view.

Neusiedlersee card: The Neusiedlersee card offers a great advantage to our guests. With this card, they can use the lake and open air swimming pools, as well as the regional public transportation for free. They have free access to the excursions to the National Park Neusiedlersee- Seewinkel, to museums and concerts. Besides, there is a 50% discount to the ferries and much more.

Bike tours: Around the Neusiedlersee there is a wonderful cycling path network. The cycling paths are mostly along the shores of the lake, and only bikers can use them. Cars cannot disturb you here. Detours can bring you to the Winz villages with their narrow streets, wine vaults, and wine restaurants. There are ferries, which can bring you with your bikes to the other side of the lake, when the cycling paths seem too long. You have the chance to experience the pure nature and you can watch the fauna while riding your bike. This is a unique adventure. You should make a short brake and admire the various flowers and the flora.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist wunderbau gelegen, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Neusiedler See. Sie ist nett eingerichtet, recht großzügig und an alles Wichtige ist gedacht. Im Hochsommer wird es wahrscheinlich recht heiß (Dachgeschoß, große Südfensterfront), aber es steht eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung, die wir allerdings nicht benötigten, bei uns war das Wetter leider sehr regnerisch, Künstlerpech. Sie ist sehr schön ruhig.

Der Ort Donnerskirchen ist auch angenehm, besonders wenn man sich erholen will, einige Buschenschanken und ein gutes Lokal, ein Cafe und mindestens ein Fahrradverleih, auch ein Schwimmbad reichen aus, wenn man gut Essen und Trinken, Spazierengehen, Radfahren, Baden, vor allem aber Relaxen möchte.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele hübsche Orte und Plätze, vor allem Rust und die Seeterrasse in Neusiedl haben uns sehr gefallen, besonders angenehm aber war die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Menschen, das tut wirklich gut.

Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
