Located in Bargemon 2 km from the village you will find this beautiful holiday home with pool and fantastic view. Accommodating 6 people. The house is fully equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. For the 120m2, the main house includes a dining area with open living room with fireplace. The house includes a master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. There is 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and a large window to the terrace. A superb kitchen, fully equipped with modern white goods (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher). A smaller TV you find as well. A nice new studio has been build next to the main house. Here you find 1 room with a double bed and a separate bath with toilet. All in all a Romantic Provençal villa, set in the heart of the Var, Provence, with its own private garden.

Bargemon is a very friendly village 3km by road from the villa. It is possible to walk - 2 km by footpath - although quicker to come back from this beautiful 'perched' village! It is a working village with all year round activity. There are 7 restaurants, 2 boulangeries, a small well-stocked supermarket, greengrocer, butcher, bank and post office. It is possible to hire bicycles from the tourist office.

    Villa cleaning € 100, laundered bed linen & towels € 25 pr. person. Pool maintenance each week inclusive. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption during mid and high season.
    Between 1 October and 30 April, electricity is charged according to usage as is wood for the wood burner in the salon.
  • Changeover day
    Saturday changeover in high and mid-season. Flexible at other times. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.
  • Booking notes
    We ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental at booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before the rental period begins together with a 400 euro returnable security deposit.
