The beautiful annex house with sea view and two bedrooms compels every detail to a fantastic holiday villa. Ideally accommodating five couples, each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom. Additional information about rental rates

  • * The minimum letting period is generally for one month. Shorter letting periods are by special arrangement only. The letting prices are per week and per lodging. A security deposit of 2000 Euros is required at check-in and is refunded on departure assuming there is no damage to the property.
    Long Term Rentals Considered
    * Arrivals and Departures: Check-in is at 16.00 hrs. and check-out is at 10.00 hrs. On arrival you will be met by our representative who will go through an inventory of the property, take receipt of a security deposit, familiarize you with appliances and hand over keys.
    * Cancellation: You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 12 weeks prior to the booking date, however no refund will be made if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the booking. We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance to cover you for cancellations/lost or theft.
  • The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
  • Cannes Film Festival (12-23 May 2010) and Monaco Grand Prix (20-23 May 2010) weeks attract a premium tariff of 7200 Euros per week.
    A refundable deposit of 2000 Euros is to be added to ALL rates.
    Departure cleaning / laundry 500 Euros.
