The chalet is a typical Bulgarian property which blends traditional features with contemporary living. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms which are all en-suite The first floor is open plan and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and large comfortable sofas in front of a real log fire. There's an additional seating area next to the patio doors which open onto a spacious veranda with stunning views of the Pirin mountains. On the second floor is the master suite, which has exposed timbers and beams. It comprises of a bedroom area and en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath and shower. There is also a comfortable seating area with entertainment facilities, log fire and roof top views over the village to the mountains beyond. This private space offers an opportunity for peace and tranquility.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are quoted on weekly basis but dates can be arranged to suit your requirements.
  • A 35% deposit is required in advance to secure bookings and all rental prices are quoted in British Pounds. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 damage deposit required in cash on arrival and refunded on departure assuming no damage.
    NB: These prices can be subject to change at the owners discretion. Once you've arrived at the house there will be a complimentary Welcome pack, this provides breakfast essentials along with Beer and Wine to help get your holiday off to a flying start.
    Included in the price is all the linen and towels.
  • Direct flights arrive at Sofia International and are obtainable from the following airlines

    Easyjet - Gatwick and Manchester

    Airport transfers or car hire are the normal ways to get to Bansko and Dobrinishte, the average price to hire a mini bus is approx 350 Euros and the transfer alone would be 250 Euro's so for a little extra cost you will have the flexibility of gettinag around in your own vehicle rather than relying on taxi services when you've arrived at the chalet. Whichever option you prefer, there will be someone to meet you at arrivals. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours and step by step directions are provided, though SatNav can also be selected. Once you arrive at the chalet a meet and greet service is there to welcome you.

Each of the ground floor bedrooms are spacious and include double wardrobes and chest of drawers. The master suite on the second floor offers an additional lounge area with leather sofa, log fire and satellite TV. The vaulted ceiling makes for a cosy and inviting setting in the winter and a light an airy atmosphere in the summer months, which is an ideal space to relax at the end of the day. There are smoke detectors in each bedroom, which are mains operated and connected to a central system.

Property location: The chalet is situated towards the top of Dobriniste village which sit at the foot of the Pirin mountain range and is just a10 minutes drive away from the gondola in Bansko.

Bansko/ Dobriniste area: Dobriniste is a typical Bulgarian village and has one of the best Mehanas (restaurant) in the area. Also located within the village is a swimming pool complex. The Pirin mountain range offers excellent conditions for skiers and snowboarders alike as well as many other activities during the spring and summer months including; fishing, walking, photography, horse trecking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking and white water rafting. There really is something for everyone.
