Villa Eden is a light spacious real stone villa, 2 rooms are over 150 years old. It has a large living room with fireplace and with antique, necessary furniture. The kitchen is full quipped. The kitchen and living room is over 60 square meter. The 3 bedrooms and are very spacious, equipped also. One of the bedrooms is 40sq m and has 3 bed with en suite bathroom, sitting area and with a big balcony. The villa is surrounded by a nice natural big garden. All rooms have different style with fantastic, oriental decoration. You hear the voices of the forest from the birds, goats, you see the sheep on the neighbor plot, turtles, porcupine and wild pigs. Villa Eden has also a organic vegetable garden with tomatoes, melons and okra, paprika and more. The Villa is situated in a hidden, quiet and peaceful place from Kaya. When it gets dark you see the stars so clearly.

Kaya is an unspoilt mountain village and is, in itself, a tourist attraction. It’s population was a mixture of Turkish and Greek until the 1920’s when political differences between the two countries governments resulted in a population exchange. All Greeks in turkey returned to Greece and vice versa. From then the once- Greek homes are now in ruins. Some people mistakenly call Kaya the “Ghost Town” but this is inaccurate as there is still a thriving Turkish community there. The village is 15 minutes by car from both Fethiye & Olu Deniz beach, the most beautiful & famous beaches in Turkey.There is a regular mini-bus service from the village square to these places as well as to Hisaronu, a bustling village with plenty of restaurants and nightlife 10 minutes away. It is surrounded by mountains & forests, wonderful for walks & picnics and relaxing.
