The 120 square metre luxury suite is located within a small complex of 22 apartments on the shores of Lake Chaweng, with magnificent hills behind offering a 270 degree view from two private balconies. It offers a home-away-from home feeling with wooden floors and two bedrooms each with king-size bed, (cot available), fully equipped western style kitchen (including cutlery, crockery), large comfortable open living area complete with home theatre system and i/net. The only bathroom in Chaweng with a view of the Lake! Facilities include a 25m pool, (Free Wi/Fi around pool); gymnasium, restaurant, and Health Spa including massage, jacuzzi and private sauna, free Airport transfers, breakfast available, 24 hour security. Privacy, peace and quiet and a unique environmental setting completes the picture for a relaxing stay whilst at the same time, you are just 5 minutes away from famous Chaweng Beach, shopping and restaurants and close to Tesco Lotus Shopping Centre.

Chaweng Lakeview Condotel is located 1.5 kms from the beautiful white sands of Chaweng Beach, popular for its famous beach, shopping, restaurants and variety of night-life choice. It is also a 15 minute walk from the condo. Fisherman's Village in Bophut, with its olde worlde ambient is well worth a visit for a meal, shopping, pubs and is just 5 kms away. We're within walking distance from Tesco Lotus Shopping Centre where you can 'stock up' on some of your favourite foods, browse the shops or stop at the Food Hall for a cheapy Thai lunch. Also nearby is the Bophut Hills Golf Course, Monkey Theatre, Shooting Range, Go-Cart Complex and Elephant Trekking. We're just off the Ring Road, the main road around the entire island - Hire a motorbike and ride around it in just under one hour! A great (and safe) way to familiarize yourself with Samui and even get to know the local folk who are always welcoming. Get to the Full Moon Party by ferry from Bang Rak, (10 mins away).

Notes: The Condotel is both family friendly and suitable for young couples with some guests staying over two - monthly (and longer) periods. The owner and Thai staff are most obliging and friendly and will do their best to provide you with anything you may require. The restaurant offers low cost Thai food throughout the day. A focus on health and wellness is evident by the fully equipped gymnasium, large salt water swimming pool, massage therapy, sauna and jacuzzi. There is a quiet and safe path/road which leads to the shores of Lake Chaweng where you can talk with local friendly Thais as they fish and so much for you to watch and keep you amused. Water buffalos roaming around, local Thais exploring the environment, native birds, and views to the east, south and west of the island. All this and more viewed from the balcony of the penthouse suite! The two large balconies on the penthouse suite may not suitable for children up to the age of 4 - 5 years of age.
