  • •Prices are for the property per week in UK Sterling. We accept bank transfer, bank drafts and personal cheques. We also accept payment with Pay Pal - a 4% fee applies. Weekly rental rates include an allowance of €20 for Heating/air conditioning. Any excess can be paid on departure or deducted from your deposit. A security deposit of £300 against accidental breakages is required. Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure. Once weekly linen and towel change plus light clean.
    •We require 30% of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within 2 weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.     Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
