Our Amazing Late Summer Holiday

Me an my girlriend decided to go on a late summer holiday. We had worked
all summer and I had just graduated. We wanted to go somewhere peacefull
and have a relaxing vacation for ourselfs. Montenegro was a place I never really heard much about before, but I was tipsed by some close friends about this small but beautiful country.
This house is located in a little village about 10min from Kotor by car. The landscape views from the balcony and bedrooms are very pictoresque. Reminds me a lot of some parts of my home country norway. And although we went there a bit off season, in the beginning of October, it was still warm
and nice. We went to the village beach almost every day. A 5 min walk from the house. No other tourists were to be seen, just a few friendly sunbathing locals. The beaches in the area are all pebble beaches, my favourite kind, because they seem to clean themselfs;) (can't stand filthy beaches)
Although the locals told us the water was a tad chilly, and seldom ventured
into it, us northeners found it just right, and swam a lot.
The house was also perfectly clean and accurate regarding the description in the add. The front patio is huge, and we enjoyed eating our self prepared lunches there. We went grocary shopping on the market in Kotor. The locals are selling fresh fish and vegetables there, and its a great place to get ingredients, but remeber to haggle on the price or else they will cheat you. We ended upp paying 9euros for a small piece of cheese and two tomatos once :D
The owners are also very friendly and helpfull. They are brits so we communicated through email and phone. They have an agent in Montenegro that take care of things there.
I have allready recomended this propert to friends and family. Its a very nice house located in beautiful surroundings. Ideal for people that want to avoid the typical touristy locations. The area has plenty of attractions. Beautiful villages, and the fairy tale walled town of Kotor, with loads of restaurants and cafes.
We had a great 10 days there, and hope to come back one day.
