Within the complex sits our studio apartment with views of the pool and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Available for rental on 23/10/09 to a high specification in a contemporary style, the studio apartment affords you all the modern comforts of home, with the added bonuses of being by the sea and having year round sunshine. The studio itself has partitioned sleeping quarters, to give it more of an apartment feel. Should you wish to catch up with events in the UK, you’ll find our flat screen television with BBC1, BBC2, Sky News alongside film and other specialist channels accommodating. And, given the studio is centrally located near to the beach, shops and restaurants and is in one of the few parts of Los Cristianos that is flat, it’s also ideal for those who are somewhat less mobile.

    For Xmas & New Year (Sold as a 2 week period) £395 per week
  • Long lets of 3 weeks or more £250 per week.

    To secure your booking a £50 non refundable deposit is taken, £100 for Xmas/New Year and long lets.
    Apartment will be ready at 4pm on arrival. Apartment to be vacated at 10am on departure.
  • The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

    All bookings are subject to a £100 bond, refunded after inspection of the apartment.

    Holiday cancelled within 43-56 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 25%
    Holiday cancelled within 29-42 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 15%
    Holiday cancelled within 0-28 days - Amount of total holiday cost reimbursed = 0%


    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident, whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommends you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
