Two bedroom spacious self catering holiday flat, right in the heart of North Berwick, with parking space and sea view balcony. The flat consists of a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin room, bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a utility room with washer/dryer and a spacious living room with access to the balcony. The Train station (direct trains to Edinburgh 30 minutes) is 30 seconds walk away, the High Street amenities (restaurants/shops/pubs/cafes) are a short 3 min walk away. North Berwick’s West Links a short 3 min walk away and East Links is a 15 min walk away. The beach is a 4 min walk away. Muirfield, Gullane 1,2 & 3 a short 15min drive away and you have a further 20 beautiful courses, within a 20min radius.

Stay here in North Berwick during the Edinburgh Festival to give a peaceful backdrop to the high energy Edinburgh Festival delights. The short train ride will take you right into the heart of the city and the Festival action. There are over 20 golf courses within 20 minutes of the apartment; these include a 2 minute walk to the North Berwick Golf Club, a 10 minute walk to the Glen Golf Club, and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Muirfield, Gullane No. 1 and Dunbar.
