    Booking Terms & Conditions between Mr & Mrs J Polston and Customer below.
    All bookings accepted by us are subject to these terms and conditions and binding on all persons stated on the booking form. Bookings can only be made by contacting the owners directly by email, or telephone. Each booking will be confirmed by the owner, as soon as possible after receiving the booking form and deposit and only on receipt of this confirmation will the booking be treated as confirmed. Once the owners have confirmed the booking to you and you have paid a deposit, the named person on the booking form will be responsible for the total rental price of the property if the full balance of the rental cost is not paid in accordance with these booking conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and, in these circumstances your reservation deposit will be forfeited.
  • Payment
    Guests should complete the booking form and forward it with a cheque made payable to J Polston for 25% of the total rent in £ (Sterling). The balance, and £250 Rental Property Protection Fee (Damage Deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date at the villa. Bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
    Rental Property Protection Fee (Deposit)
    The sending of the booking form confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property. In the event of any excess damage of any kind, excessive cleaning costs by our agents or excessive use of electricity (caused by leaving external doors open with the air conditioning on) the named person on the booking form will be held responsible for all additional costs. A mandatory rental property protection fee of £250 is charged which covers any damage which may occur during a guests stay, and will be refunded less reasonable deductions for deliberate or
  • Accidental damage to any part of the villa or its contents.
    Cancellations
    It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that the signed cancellation letter or E-mail reaches the owner.
    1. Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than 10 weeks prior to the arrival date at the villa, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance, but will forfeit a £50 admin fee that will be deducted from the deposit.
    2. The reservation deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is received less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
    3. The signatory is liable to pay 50% of the total rental costs if cancellation is received less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the signatory is liable to pay 85% of the final invoice.
