Level 1: entrance with large patio - sitting room and kitchen - terrace - 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) - bathroom - spiral stairs to upper level - level 2: 1 big room (open plan)air conditioned with 1 balcony overlooking the sea an 1 balcony overlooking the hills. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, restaurant, beach, shops) Rome can be reached by train & by bus. By train (suggested) it will take approx.30 to 50 minutes to reach the center of Rome. Fiumicino International Airport 'Leonardo da Vinci' (50 km/33 miles) is well connected by motorway (approx.30 minutes) Ciampino Airport (68 kms/45 miles) can be reached in 45/50 minutes
