Enjoy your holiday in a small, well-maintained complex in Aguas Nuevas, right outside of Torrevieja. The complex has a community pool in a garden with palms. The 60 m² apartment has a balcony and a 30 m² sun terrace on the roof, from which you have a beautiful view of the ocean, the Saline and the city. A larger, more open living/dining room gives you a comfortable and spacious feeling. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. The furnishing are in the typical Mediterranean style. It is only a few steps from the living room to the large pool, so you can easily cool down.

Torrevieja is about 50 km south of Alicante. The apartment is in the suburb of Aguas Nuevas. The laid-back, year-round residential area is in incredibly pleasant compared to apartment and house complexes that quickly become ghost towns in the off season. There are several smaller and larger shops and supermarkets nearby with a comprehensive selection of goods. There are naturally many shops and boutiques in the city that are great for shopping or just to window shop. This is naturally that much more fun in the Mediterranean-relaxed atmosphere. There are numerous cafes, pubs, restaurants and clubs that cover just about any taste - even 'authentic Spanish'. Even in the neighbourhood there are good places to eat and drink.
