Photos and Description of this Aschau im Zillertal holiday apartment

The chalet Rieder was ready to be opened for the winter season 2005/2006. It is located in Tiefenbach, 2 km upside of Aschau, with a beautiful view upon the valley and the mountains. The ski arenas Zell and Kaltenbach/Hochfügen are only 6 km away. You can reach them following the mountain road. Snow chains may be needed. There are storage places for shoes and skiers, as well a parking lot. The apartment is new. It has a bright arrangement and it is well equipped. There are tiled/laminated floors, satellite TV, a small CD system, floor heating and a terrace. You can have internet access for a certain pay, if you talk to the owner. In the summer, our location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, etc. The Zillertaler high street is 500 m away from the house.

The quiet recreational village Aschau is located in the middle of Zillertales (Ziller Valley), by the old street Zillertaler. There are 13 km to Mayrhofen and 30 km to the glacier Hintertuxer, which offers you the chance to ski and snowboard even in the summer. On the other side of the valley, there is the attractive camping place of Zillertales, with sport facilities for all ages.

Ski: There are around 177 ski lifts and 620 ski slopes, which are accessible for you if you have the Zillertal-Super ski pass. You can reach Zillertal in 30 km and the skiing center Hochzillertal in 6 km (2 times a week night skiing). The glacier Hintertux is 30 km away and it has many cross-country ski runs. Since the winter of 2004, there is a connection between Hochzillertal and Hochfügen with 145 km of slopes. The Zillertal arena is only 6 km away.

Diese mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung entsprach den Angaben im Inserat und übertraf dieses noch. Es war alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt, dabei aber nicht unpersönlich steril. Die Ausstattung und individulle Ausschmückung der Wohnung ließen die technische Kompetenz in Verbindung mit den regionalen Gepflogenheiten erkennen.
