Tulsi and Bayleaf (names of herbal plants in India used in medicine and cooking) are situated by the sea, just one minute from the beach in the enchanting coastal belt of Kegdovelim - Reis Magos. These spacious apartments are located on the two levels of a single villa along with seven other villas in a guard gated residential complex in pristine natural surroundings facing the bay and ocean. Just across the entrance gate is the beach which is rocky with some patches safe for swimming. You can see the Governor's Palace, the anchored ships and the Miramar beach across. One may stroll along the beach and also see the city of Panjim across and witness stunning sun sets. Famous beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife is just 6 kms away. Both apartments have deep verandahs facing the sea and afford a partial sea view. These properties are a haven for those who love the sun, the sand and the sea. A perfect location for those who like peaceful holidays yet close to all facilities.

BAYLEAF apartment is on the lower level of the single villa. The entry to this apartment is from the front verandah one door opening into the living and the other into the dining area. The living and the dining area opens into the deep entry verandah. The bedrooms are located at the rear - one in the east and one in the west of the property. There is a six seater dining table and a comfortable lounge seating with a cable/sky TV and a DVD player. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. All windows have mosquito screens. Linen and towels are provided and changed every third day. Beach towels are also provided. Maid service is provided six days in a week.

The famous beaches, Candolim, Calangute, Baga and the tourist areas are just 6 to 10 kms away where you will find numerous bars and restaurants and shops. The famous Taj Group of Hotels, the Fort Aguada Light House are just 6 kms away. Fishermen cast their nets in the sea nearby and you may arrange to have fresh fish delivered to you.Very often you can see many dolphins and witness stunning sunsets from the beach.
