Photos and Description of this Kato Paphos holiday villa 2 ensuite bedrooms in luxury house near centre of Paphos.

Our villa is one in a complex of four, conveniently located near all the amenities you would want for a relaxing holiday. Inside you will find 2 spacious bedrooms both ensuite with queen size beds and ample storage. Each bedroom has its own balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge/dining kitchen, fitted with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dining table that seats four. In the lounge area there are two comfortable leather couches and coffee table, TV, DVD and CD player. Outside in the patio area there is a large parasol shading the table and four chairs, there is also a gas barbeque for your use. The car park is shaded under a pergola through which lies the swimming pool, there you will find sunloungers. We supply sunlounger cushions, beach towels, cool box, water cooler, rocking chairs. We also have a selection of DVDs and books to help you relax. Air con is available.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Miles

Paphos is centered round its lovely harbour and marina, full of lively restaurants bars and shopping. There are museums and ancient ruins to visit like the Tomb of the Kings an ancient heritage site. Within walking distance you can sunbathe on the local beach, hiring beds and umbrellas and watch or partake in the varied watersports on offer. Why not try some scuba diving? Boat trips of every description leave from the harbour both during the day and for wonderful evening cruises. The night life is lively and varied from local cypriot dancers to the late night discos on Bar Street. The Paphos water park is also within easy reach and Paphos boasts an excellent bus service if you do not wish to hire a car. A short trip along the coast takes you to the beautiful Coral Bay ideal for swimming and water sports. Visit the old town with its ancient buildings and narrow streets, and the wonderful Artisan market which is on every day then lunch looking out over the breathtaking sea view.

My wife and I have enjoyed holidays in Cyprus for years. With sunshine year round it is a perfect place to visit during both summer and winter months. Three years ago we bought Zephros and now enjoy many trips to Paphos accompanied by family and friends who all love it's great location (all the main tourist attractions can be reached easily from where we are) and its facilities.

This villa is in a quiet residential area, close enough to the town for walking but not close enough to get any noise from the bars or traffic. The interior is tasteful and easy to relax in, it was newly decorated and very clean and fresh inside. The property has access to a shared pool although the whole week I stayed there no one else used the pool.
In Paphos there were lots of lovely restaraunts and bars, and a newly developed promanade along the beach.
I would have no problems recommending this villa to friends.

Booking holiday accomodation is always a nightmare, so you can imagine my relief when I went to stay in Cyprus and found this excellent villa. Not only was it exactly as described, but it surpassed my expectations. Beautifully clean, large, airy and spacious, it was perfect for both during the day when you can lounge by the secluded, quite pool, and great for those evenings you dont want to go out. If you do plan to go out its so close to the town centre you can get their easily,but it is in a quiet area so that you are not bothered by night time revellers.

The owners are delightful and customer service was up to my high standard. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday, I came home relaxed and refreshed!
