Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rate also includes a meet & greet service/key collection between the hours of 8:30 and 23:30. Outside of these hours will be charged at 20 euro.

    There is a 20% discount on total cost for bookings of 2 weeks or longer.
  • On confirmation of a booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the booked arrival date.

    We also require a refundable security deposit of 250 euros to cover any damages, key replacement, or extra cleaning. It is expected that you will leave the apartment as you find it. The rental rate includes cleaning of linen and towels.
  • Check out if 11:00am and check-in is 15:00 although we will try to be flexible depending on when the next visitors are checking in.

Duquesa area: Coast/Beach It is a short walk down hill to the beautiful beaches that are left and right of the port of Duquesa. They have beach bars on the beach and also children's play areas. You also have Estapona, Marbella, San Pedro, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Ronda and many more places to visit. Further details There are many local supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona within a 15 min drive. The port has many restaurants and bars. There is a local market on a Friday in Sabinillas and a large Sunday market. You can take boat trips from the marina.

Golf: The area is a haven for golfing enthusiasts of all levels. La Duquesa Golf & Country Club - Designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr (5 mins). Finca Cortesin - Home of the World Match Play Championship Oct, 2009 (10 mins). Sotogrande Golf Club - Designed by Robert Trent Jones, this is ranked amongst the top ten courses in Europe (15 mins).
