It is a short walk down hill to the beautiful beaches that are left and right of the port of Duquesa. They have beach bars on the beach and also children's play areas. You also have Estapona, Marbella, San Pedro, Gibraltar, Sotogrande, Ronda and many more places to visit.

There are many local supermarkets such as Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona within a 15 min drive. The port has many restaurants and bars. There is a local market on a Friday in Sabinillas and a large Sunday market. You can take boat trips from the marina.

Valderrama Golf Club - Designed by Robert Trent Jones, this is perhaps the most famous golf course in Europe and is designed for players with a reasonable to high level of play (20 mins).
