Palais Liberte is a brand new prestigious development right in the centre of town, located on a quiet side street and only 100m from the main Place Massena square. This one-bedroom apartment has a good sized balcony for outside dining (table and chairs for 4 included) and is clean / modern and comfy. Perfect for a couple. Apartment is air conditioned, on the 5th floor and is service by a good sized lift.

Accessed from the living room is a large quiet balcony with table and chairs for 4 adults. The kitchen is open plan with white units, has a fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

Perfect Location: Perfectly located, beautiful one bed holiday apartment to let, built in 2008 just off Place Massena (central pedestrian shopping area), only 2 mins walk from Promenade des Anglais (and beach) and from bus stop to airport (15 mins away by bus). Easy walking distance to the old town and other areas of interest. 5th floor, lift access from secure reception area. Restaurants / shops only 30m away, with the very popular Place Massena only 100m from the door. Boutique shops surround the area and the main shopping area of Avenue Jean Medecin is just around the corner. The apartment block is nestled in a quiet back street off this incredibly central location that caters for all needs, ideal for a holiday or short stay in Nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is fantastically located for everything, very clean, modern and simply styled. Despite being so central it is also very quiet and the reception area and lift are of a hotel quality.

Only requests to make it even better - a few more cooking utensils, wine glasses and a dishwasher. We noticed that other flats in the block for rent had one. Otherwise, a great flat and one we will be happy to use in future trips to Nice.

nice, clean and modern apartment with plenty of space for two - all furnished from ikea - this is mainly a residential block for locals.

the advertised description is pretty accurate however the outlook is not really as portrayed - the street view with palm trees etc is not typical instead the view opposite is onto the rear of a commercial block - although the shaded balcony does suit eating out in warmer conditions.

the apartment is very central and handy for sightseeing and dining round nice with easy walking to the bus station and both railway stations. word of caution - the entrance door is on a quiet side street rather than the formal address (which is around the corner) - it confused us on the night of arrival. the entrance hall is security protected, lit automatically as you enter and lobbies, lift etc are clean and freshly decorated.

we would book again if visiting nice.
Owner's Response: We're glad to hear that these guests would return to the apartment and that the apartment's great location provided easy access to all that Nice has to offer. The tram is around 2 minutes walk away.

Access to the apartment is by the formal entrance but can also be from the side entrance which offers a quicker exit to Ave Jean Medicin (Nice's main shopping street).

The pictures on the advert are from the apartment and if potential guests wish to see others we are more than happy to provide them along with any further information required.

Come and enjoy the apartment - these guests did.
