Torrevieja a a bustling & quaint town on the coast approximately 35 minutes drive Sth of Alicante & its international airport.The area is reputedly one of the healthiest places to live & is known for its year round temperate climate & salt lakes.The newAP7 motorway means that the many towns & villages along the coast are all within easy reach, & the N332 also runs close by making it easy to access the property & not difficult to find us. There are numerous large supermarkets within walking distance, also Torreviejas largest shopping centre the 'Habaneras' is close by & many other leisure facilities including discotheques,cinema,sport centre, park, bowling, Go-karts & much more are located less than 1 km away. For a fun day out with the children approximately one hr away is the popular resort of Benidorm with its Terra Mitica Theme Park & Mundomar Marine Park & mass of lively entertainment. However if you just want a restful break by the pool or beach this is equally the place to be.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or £100 whichever is greater) is payable when booking, with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.Cheques,bank transfers are accepted.
    A bond of £100 against damage to the property & contents, excessive cleaning or lost keys is also payable with the final balance and this will be reimbursed to your bank account IN FULL within 7 days of your deparure on satisfactory inspection of the property. A 20 euro cleaning charge will also be payable on arrival. In the event of late evening arrival/early morning departure, an arrangement will be made for you to collect/drop off the keys at the property Cancellation charges will apply inside the last eight weeks. You will be required to vacate by 10am the day of departure (unless by previous arrangement if no guests are arriving) in order to allow time to clean for guest arrivals that day. PLEASE NOTE: June/July/August/September early booking is advised. Please bring your own beach towels

The third bedroom with twin beds is located on the ground floor next to a 2nd shower room, which is ideal for anyone who cannot manage the stairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc, plus all utensils. The lounge area with satelite TV featuring English channels and DVD is also very comfortable & spacious with two comfy sofas & there is a separate dining area to one end seating 6 people. Fabulous Villa and perfect situation

We have stayed at this villa twice now, and both times we have had an amazing holiday. The property is lovely and the position is also great as most things can be reached on foot!! the inside is lush... very comfortable and clean & especially being next to the pool which was great for us having three children, who we could watch easily from the garden.... the first time we stayed we hired a car for the 2 weeks but the second time we didnt bother, everything is within easy walking distance and if we didnt want to walk taxi's were cheap and available. we were able to walk to the Aqua park where we all had a fabulous time and there are plentiful bars, pubs and restaurants in walking distance, especially if you explore the surrounding back streets where some little gems can be found. The owners Gilly and Mike were really helpful about everything, and very honest and prompt emailing back regarding any queries we had and they obviously really care that your holiday is a success. Thanks Gilly and Mike and we will definitely be booking again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a fabulous holiday in September, so much so we've already booked again. Villa is very clean with all home comforts... love the Sat. Tv for a quite night in.
Patio area as stated is amazing for sunbathing or sitting with a cocktail in the evening!!
Very quite, peaceful area and it's right next to the communal pool that is normally empty, so it's like having the pool to yourself.
A few pubs up the road (about 5 minutes walk) and a couple of restaurants. Would advise a car if you like sight seeing etc, but the local market on Fridays is a 10 minute walk.
We really had a very relaxing time and our correspondence with the owners has been excellent.
Would definately recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
