Re Rental rates :
Please do not make telephone enquiries between 1st November & mid June as we will be unable to take your calls, please make booking enquiries via email from this website & we will answer any questions you may have.
A bond of £100 against damage to the property & contents, excessive cleaning or lost keys is also payable with the final balance & will be reimbursed to your bank account IN FULL within 7 days of your deparure on satisfactory inspection of the property. A 20 euro cleaning charge will be payable on arrival. Cancellation charges will apply inside the last eight weeks.
There are ceiling fans in lounge & bedrooms keeping it cool & additional floor standing fans, Prices quoted DO NOT include air conditioning (or heating in winter)however this can be provided at an additional cost of £20 per week payable when making the final installment. NOTE: please be sure to inform us if you require either at time of booking.
You will be required to vacate by 10am on the day of departure
ON ARRIVAL:
On arrival at the house you will be met personally by our representative to hand over the keys, show you round and generally point you in the right direction. A welcome pack can be provided at a small extra cost & airport pick up and drop off can also be arranged at additional cost of 50 euros each way for up to 4 people for more than this a people carrier taxi number can be provided.
In the event of a late evening arrival or early morning departure, an arrangement will be made for you to collect/drop off the keys at the property. Although car hire is not essential as everything is within easy walking distance, we would recommend it to get the best out of the surrounding areas and to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. There is satelite TV featuring English channels and DVD player included for your enjoyment. PLEASE NOTE: June/July/August/September early booking is advised.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels.'
