This luxury building with four floors at the “Nieuwmarkt” is equipped with more than you could wish for during your stay in Amsterdam. Are you travelling with 3-6 persons and looking for an affordable, luxury and private stay in Amsterdam this is the ideal accommodation. Are you travelling with 1-4 persons, you can also book only one floor. Ground floor: Entrance on street level. Studio with double bed, sitting area, terrace (with BBQ) , luxury equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The other floors of this building have a separate entrance. 1st Floor: Living room with kitchen. Comfortable lounge area with satellite-TV and Nintendo. 2nd Floor: Large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. 3rd Floor: Second bedroom with double bed. Although this is the top floor, you will have no problems to walk around the room straight up. Other facilities: Wifi, intercom, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine.
