Nieudegat gite is a one bedroom light and airy cottage set in amongst beautiful countryside. The area is peppered with some of the best walks in the Dordogne taking in stunning views, streams, meadows and woodland. The gite is well equipped to cater for your every need during an away from it all break, and are ideally suited for adults wanting a quiet relaxing holiday enjoying the simplicity and beauty of the Dordogne and surrounding area. The gite is situated alongside five other identical gites that are all confined to adult only accommodation. Nieudegat gite provides an countryside environment yet are within 10kms of Sarlat-la-Caneda. The medieval town of Sarlat is steeped in history with more listed buildings than any other town in Europe. It is the gastronomic capital of the Perigord Noir and with a colorful and famous twice weekly market and a vast selection of the prettiest restaurants. It is a town not to be missed when in the Dordogne.

The town has a layed back and relaxing feel to it with a distinctive cafe culture to enjoy whilst watching the world go by. There is a large twice weekly market full of local products including foods, gifts, clothing and much more. We are perfectly placed for access to all of the most beautiful sites in Dordogne and Lot. There are numerous chateaux to visit, caves to explore and pretty market towns to meander through. There are also a wide range of activities close by to suit all ages. The area is a walkers paradise with hundreds of listed footpaths dotted all around the countryside taking in some of the most dramatic views, stunning countryside and most beautiful villages. After your day, return & relax on the terrace or by the pool with a glass of wine before dinner or perhaps lighting the barbecue
