Villa 'Louvain' is on two separate levels, the first having an en-suite master bedroom with separate shower and large sunken bath, two twin bedrooms and a main bathroom with shower and bath. The Lounge come Dining room leads out to a large partially enclosed terrace with Dining area. The villa has a kitchen on each level, both of which have all modern appliances and facilities for eight guests plus friends. The lower level has a large en-suite twin bedroom which could also be used as a family room. The Pool Area has a large private pool, a fantastic Gazebo ready to make full use of the barbecue area, along with pool side shower and Sauna room with shower and toilet. The Villa also has two grassed areas and a fruit tree orchard in its grounds, all of which are enclosed with a wall giving you that extra privacy in a beautiful and tranquil setting.

The villa is situated a five minute walk downhill to the village of Cabo blanco which has a bus route to the main resorts and is a 12 minute drive to the beach. Three other villages surround and there are many wonderful restaurants and bars a few minutes away. With views to the ocean and the mountains, the villa is enclosed in the walled gardens and is very private and quiet, yet only minutes away from everything.
