Copper Wharf House is a large detached house and approached via a private drive to electric security gates. As one drives through the gates the house is directly ahead and to the right is the private flood lit tennis court. There is parking for at least 6 or more cars. On the ground floor there is the main entrance and an entrance to the side leading to a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower – ideal for an elderly couple. Next door is the kitchen which is fully equipped and has a small table to seat 4. The kitchen leads to the dining room which is large enough to seat 10 + the dining room leads to the bar area which has a bar and seating area overlooking the river Thames and the private mooring. This room adjoins the open plan sun lounge with further seating area. Sliding glass doors facing the Thames of over 9 meters long. Outside above each set of doors is an electrically controlled awning.

There is one ground floor double bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. First floor: (3 bedrooms and main bathroom) The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and one of the double bedrooms that leads to the terrace has a sink and shower and the other double bedroom has a sink. on the top floor there are 2 rooms each with 2 single beds each.

Tennis Court: Next to the flood lit tennis court is a large well maintained garden to the side of the house. Ideal for those long warm summer evenings. There is a separate outdoor built in BBQ bar area. To the rear of the house is the Thames with a 100 foot private mooring. and a large paved area which overlooks the Thames.

Private Mooring : There is a private mooring of 100 foot at the rear of the house which is right beside the Thames. A boat can be made available at an extra cost for exclusive use or a boat with a skipper can be provided for a private tour of the Thames. (please enquire for more details) Boat use subject to competency of user. The boat can be moored outside the house with direct access onto the Thames.

Surrounding areas: There are many attractions very close by such as Windsor and the castle and Windsor Great Park. The theme park at Thorpe Park. Runneymeade and Virginia Waters and Ascot which is 11 miles away.

Golf: Wentworth golf club is 7 miles away and Datchett Golf Club is3 miles
