Well appointed 5th floor apartment on two levels with balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. Very central with lots of shops and restaurants close by and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Great place to base yourself to visit Monaco, Cannes and the surrounding area. Ten minutes walk to the station and to the Old Town. Traditional french building that has been totally renovated to a high standard.

A fabulous apartment in the heart of Nice.

The apartment is on the top (5th) floor and there is a lift.

Inside the apartment is well finished and just as the pictures show it. The bedroom and bathroom are on an upper level accessed by stairs from the sitting room area.

The balcony overlooks Rue Massena which is a busy street of shops, restaurants and cafes. Although it is very busy late into the night once the balcony doors are shut you'd never know it.

The beach and the Cours Saleya market with its numerous bars and restaurants are a 10 minute stroll away. The Place Massena and tram stop are at the end of Rue Massena just 2 minutes away.

The owner has been very good in keeping in touch throughout the whole process and the local rep was there to meet us with the key when we arrived.

All in all a fabulous place to stay, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Excellent Accommodation!

I stayed in this apartment earlier this year. The location is brilliant, just a short bus journey from the airport, a few minutes from the sea and is situated right in the midst of the city's atmosphere. The balcony benefits from the sun well into the evening so it was lovely to sit and drink wine overlooking the busy streets. The apartment was very modern and clean and there are restaurants, bars, shops, markets, the beach .....literally on your doorstep. The train station is also quite close so we took day trips to Monaco and Italy. All in all it was excellent!
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
